Refund Policy

General policy

All engagements are scoped, agreed and confirmed in writing before any payment is requested. Payments are milestone-based or retainer-based as agreed in the individual engagement agreement.

Refunds for completed work

Fees for work already delivered, reviewed, or approved by the client are non-refundable. This includes strategy documents, research deliverables, campaign coordination, content outputs and any other agreed deliverables.

Partial refunds

If an engagement is terminated before completion, any unspent portion of a pre-paid fee covering unstarted work may be refunded at my discretion, after deducting fees for work already completed.

Disputes

Refund disputes are handled directly between parties. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact me directly at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. I will review and respond within 5 business days.
